1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Registration and Account Management

When creating your don555 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full name, date of birth, and contact details. Providing false information during registration — including a fictitious name, incorrect date of birth, or someone else's contact details — is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are permitted to hold only one account on don555. Each registered account is for personal use only. Sharing your account with another person, or accessing another person's account, is not permitted.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. don555 treats all actions taken on your account as your own. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify support immediately. don555 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where adequate precautions were not taken on your part.

Account dormancy — defined as a period of twelve months or more with no login activity — may result in a monthly administration fee being applied to the balance, as detailed in the fees schedule accessible through your account settings. Accounts with zero balance after an extended dormancy period may be closed without prior notification.

4 Deposits

All deposits to don555 are made in PKR. The platform supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, and eligible debit or credit cards. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed during the deposit process and may vary by payment method.

Deposits must be made from accounts or payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source of funds belongs to someone other than the account holder — are not accepted and will be returned where technically possible. If a third-party deposit is identified and cannot be automatically returned, the funds will be held pending investigation.

• Deposits are credited to your don555 balance once payment has been confirmed by the payment provider.
• don555 does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• If a deposit fails to credit your account within a reasonable timeframe, contact support with the transaction reference number from your payment provider.
• don555 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds for large or unusual deposit patterns.

5 Withdrawals

Winnings and available balances may be withdrawn at any time subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the payment method used for deposit wherever possible. If the original deposit method is no longer available, support can be contacted to arrange an alternative verified method.

Withdrawals are processed only to accounts registered in your own name. Requests to send funds to a third-party account, regardless of stated reason, will be declined. This rule applies without exception across all supported withdrawal channels including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, and bank transfer.

• Standard withdrawal processing times are outlined on the Withdrawal page and vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are generally processed fastest.
• VIP members at Gold and Platinum tier receive priority processing on withdrawal requests.
• don555 may request verification documentation before processing a withdrawal if the account has not previously been verified or if a large withdrawal is requested.
• Withdrawals of bonus-related winnings are subject to the wagering requirements of the specific promotion through which those winnings were generated.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

don555 offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated when the offer is presented. These terms typically include a wagering requirement, a time limit within which the requirement must be met, and eligible games or markets.

General rules that apply to all don555 bonuses unless the specific offer terms state otherwise:

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and game plays on don555 are placed with real PKR balance. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or modified. It is your responsibility to review your bet before confirming it.

In the event of a technical error — including but not limited to a disconnection during a live game, a game malfunction, or an incorrectly displayed price — don555 reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round and return the stake to the player's balance. The decision of don555 in such cases is final.

• Sports bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant sporting event as determined by the relevant governing body.
• In-play bets placed after an event has concluded — due to a delay in data transmission or platform update — may be voided.
• Casino and fish game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation. Results are final once confirmed by the game engine.
• Odds displayed on the sports section are subject to change up until a bet is confirmed. The odds accepted at confirmation are the odds that apply to the bet.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on don555. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and being permanently banned from the platform:
